As every year in Merano, the traditional Christmas Market is back, with its many colours, smells, lights, and the magical, unique festive atmosphere. Up to January 6, 2015, you will be able to taste the traditional local dishes, the homemade pastries, a cup of vin brulè or one of Apfelglühmix; see and touch the master sculptors’ artisanal products like hand-carved figures for the Nativity scene,  glass spheres for the Christmas tree, small wooden houses, candles, pottery objects; listen to the offered concerts and live music.

Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday creative workshops for children are offered, as well as guided tours of Christmas trees specifically created by 27 artists, guided tours with lanterns along the streets of the city and live music.
